Does Endosource sell new and/or refurbished equipment?

Yes, we sell new and used equipment. Instruments, telescopes, fiberscopes, and related items are all brand new Karl Storz items. Camera heads, light sources, insufflators, and related electro medical equipment can be available as brand new, or factory-refurbished.

Who can buy medical equipment from Endosource?

Endosource sells its products only to medical facilities, licensed providers of medical services, governmental agencies and educational institutions, and to customers that sell, lease and/or rent the products to the foregoing.

What is the warranty on my item(s)? Can I return my item(s)?

All products are sold, and accepted by you, in “as is” condition, subject only to this Limited Warranty Policy. Products sold by Endosource are warranted to be in good working order and free from defects in workmanship and materials for 7 days from date of sale. Any product with manufacturing fault may be returned for credit pending product evaluation upon receipt. However, they also come with one year manufacturer warranty against workmanship and material. Manufacturer does not cover end user's fault.
Endosource’s warranty, if any, will be immediately VOID if any attempted or actual repairs or damage are not incurred by Endosource. Improper or incorrect assembly of equipment or any misuse will also VOID any warranty. Endosource is not responsible for any repair or service costs incurred by customer.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped and received?

The length of time it will take for a customer to receive his/her order is dependent on whether we have all items in our inventory or not. If we have all items in stock, we can ship your order out as soon as funds are received. If we do not have the items in stock, the normal waiting time for items to be ordered from the manufacturer is about 2-3 weeks. Once an order has been shipped, the length of time to deliver items varies by method of shipment and location. We commonly ship by FedEx 2-3 days. However, this may be subject to your country’s customs regulations. If there are any concerns regarding the delivery of goods, contact your local customs office. Please, refer to the Terms and Conditions page for Warranty/Warranty Invalidation and our Returned Goods Policy.

What is a Shopping Cart?

The shopping cart is for collecting wish items and requesting to purchase multiple products at once. You can check your items added to your shopping cart by clicking on 'Shopping Cart' located at the top of the main page. You are also able to delete unwished items from the shopping cart. Once you check out from the shopping cart, we will process your request and verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping.

Does the shipping cost include taxes that are levied in my country?

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Can you ship out to my country?

Endosource Inc. ships items worldwide. However, if for some reason there is an exception, please contact your local Karl Storz dealer for any inquiries.

Can I use my shipping account number?

We use FedEx as our carrier .Therefore; we do accept FedEx shipping account number. However you can use your carrier for pick up from our location.

How can I pay for my order?

There are two options for method of payment you can use to pay for your order.

1. Bank Wire transfer: Once an order is confirmed, we provide the wire transfer information to you to complete the transaction.

2. Credit Card: We accept Visa or Master Card, with a 3% processing fee. Online credit cards processing is disable.

 

Many customers also offer to pay using PayPal. We no longer accept PayPal.
